  • To qualify for the program, you have several options for investment. The minimum investment in all of these options is €300,000. These include:
  • Investment plus VAT in a new property. Your application must include the purchase agreement and proof of payment for at least EUR 200,000 plus VAT. You must submit the sale arrangement to the Cyprus Department of Land and Surveys. If purchasing through a company, you must be the sole shareholder, and the company must be registered in your or your spouse’s name.
  • Purchasing up to two non-residential properties, such as offices, shops, hotels, or other new or used developments
  • Investing in the share capital of a physical company registered and operating in Cyprus, which employs at least five people.
  • Placing investment in The Cyprus Investment Funds Association offers units (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF).
Procedure to Obtain Cypriot Golden Visa

To apply for a permit in Cyprus, you must submit a fee of EUR 500 and an additional EUR 50 for biometric capturing. The Civil Registry and Migration Department will review your application and forward it to the Ministry of Interior’s permanent secretary for a decision. You can anticipate receiving a response within two months. If your application receives approval, you and your family must visit Cyprus within a year to obtain the permit.

If you are in Cyprus and seeking residence, you must personally visit the migration office in Nicosia to provide your biometric data. This requirement applies to all family members included in the application. You can submit your biometric data either during the residence application process or after your application gets approved.
