Procedures and Time Frame

The Malaysia Immigration Department will issue an approval letter to each successful applicant. Employment in Malaysia is prohibited under the visa, and it does not lead to permanent residency. Once the residency application is submitted to the Malaysian government and initial endorsement is granted, the applicant can travel to the country to fulfill the remaining requirements (such as opening a bank account and meeting medical requirements), with assistance from one of Tsavorite’s partners. Subsequently, full endorsement will be granted, and the applicant and their family members will receive their 10-year multiple-entry visas to Malaysia. The entire process typically takes between three to six months. The primary candidate and their partner must spend 90 days annually in Malaysia (children and parents are exempt from this requirement). The initial visa is valid for five years and can be extended for an additional five years.
